Microsoft can't seem to figure out or get ahead in the mobile space. Don't believe me? How about slow sales of Windows Phone 7. An article from Infoworld titled, "Windows Phone 7: Don't bother with this disaster" doesn't help. Or, how about the Microsoft Kin, which was discontinued less than two months after product launch. Sorry Microsoft, I'm not sure the Old Spice guy can help make things better. Neither will spending half a billion dollars on marketing.

There, I said it. You don't need an app for your business. Everyone is jumping on the app bandwagon because it's hot. But recent studies show that the consumers don't always prefer apps. Not to mention, an app will exclude some of your mobile users. Did I mention how costly it is? The barriers? Now, I will educate you on why you don't need an app for your business.
